We're looking for a combination of creativity, skill and out-of-the box thinking. If your skills don't match the set listed below but you are original and love creating new characters and backgrounds, please do write to us. Incidentally, for those of you who believe you can never do what Da Vinci did, just remember that he didn't have Photoshop and you do!
The skills we're looking for at the moment are:
- Ability to do end to end art and animation development for 2d casual games
- A love for games and game development - Ability to conceptualize original content
- Degree of comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or equivalents
- Ability to work on Adobe Flash and Director
- Strong communication and team skills

We're looking for people with a clear, logical thought process, a sense of curiosity, the willingness to learn and the flexibility to do different things and work on different technologies. Competency in the areas below are essential
- Sound programming fundamentals (especially data structures and algorithms)
- A love for games and game development
- High degree of object-oriented programming skill
- Exposure to Adobe Flash Development or Electroserver would be a plus
